How can I place an order?
To place an order, select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout to complete your order. There you enter your delivery and payment information and confirm the order.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. If you would like to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched and we will try to help you as best we can.
How do I receive an order confirmation?
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. This contains all the details of your order, including an order number and the estimated delivery time.
What do I do if I received an incorrect order?
If you have received an incorrect order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the error and either send you the correct product or arrange a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

How long do I have to make a return?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
We will cover the return shipping costs provided the return is made within 30 days and in accordance with our return policy. There are no additional costs for you for legitimate returns.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
